Position Summary:
The Clinical Phlebotomist is a self-motivator. The person must have compassion for patients and be able to represent the hospital mission. The person collects and prepares specimens for the clinical laboratory and has a clear understanding of patient identification and specimen integrity. Must be reliable and demonstrate good customer service and computer skills.
