Experience managing phlebotomists is a must!!. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomy Manager to oversee mobile phlebotomists for our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and clinical laboratory practices, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality services while maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, great communication skills, the ability to analyze complex situations, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise daily operations within the department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols. Hire and Fire employees. Train new mobile phlebotomists. Fill in when one of your phlebotomist in your area is out. Self motivated individual who can motivate others. Provide guidance and support to staff in patient care activities, promoting best practices in clinical laboratory techniques. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and aseptic techniques during procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Oversee the training of new staff members on laboratory techniques and patient care protocols. Maintain knowledge of anatomy and relevant medical practices to support staff development. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or clinical laboratory setting is preferred. Strong understanding of patient care principles, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology. Experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with phlebotomy procedures and clinical laboratory operations is advantageous. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Expericenced phlebotomist with at least 10 years experience and experience managing people.
