Phlebotomist Position Available In Catawba, North Carolina

Phlebotomist ImmunoGenomics Hickory, NC 28601 We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients in a timely, safe, and accurate manner while providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collection on patients Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens Prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory Maintain accurate documentation and follow all data entry protocols Adhere to infection control and safety procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment Assist with inventory and ordering of phlebotomy supplies Provide courteous and professional service to patients, staff, and visitors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program Current certification (e.g., CPT from NHA, ASCP, or similar) Minimum 1 years of phlebotomy experience CPR certification (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you’re passionate about patient care and skilled in phlebotomy, we’d love to hear from you.
