PM Job Description:

• The Patient Services RepresentativeII (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who comein, both as part of their health routine or for insights intolife-defining health decisions.
• The PSR II draws quality bloodsamples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testingwhile following established practices and procedures.
• The PSR IIhas direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trustand confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawingblood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
• The PSRII will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on processexcellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracyto patient information.
