We are seeking a driven, ambitious mobile phlebotomist living in the RTP, North Carolina ## Overview We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting to our onsite lab to collect blood samples from patients for medical testing an ## Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture on patients for blood collection
• Label, process, and same day transportation of specimens to carrier for shipping to testing lab for analysis
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records of each blood draw
• Provide exceptional patient care during the phlebotomy process
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Conduct vital sign assessments as needed ## Experience
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting preferred
• Proficiency in specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and venipuncture techniques
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Day shift Monday to Friday On call Application Question(s): Do you own a portable centrifuge? This is Mandatory! Do you own a dependable vehicle? Are you willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of Durham NC? Are you a Certified Phlebotomist Technician (CPT)? This is Mandatory! Are your Certified Phlebotomist Technician Credentials valid through 2025? Do you have at least 3 years of blood collection experience? Are you available to cover blood collections 7am-12pm Monday-Friday?
