Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, required. 1+ year lead role, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
National Phlebotomy Certification (e.g., ASCP, NHA, NCPT), required.
Additional Skills Required:
Knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and electronic health records (EHR). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
