$19.30 – 21.55/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality, safe, and accurate venipuncture and capillary collections. Accurately label and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Ensure verification of patient information, including name and signature, post-draw. Create a warm and professional environment for patients. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure. Provide backup coverage at other nearby Patient Service Centers if needed. Maintain compliance with Quest Diagnostics policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections. ​​​​​​​
