This role is ideal for a certified phlebotomist who is also trained or willing to be trained in urine drug screening collections. You will support our mission to provide fast, accurate, and confidential testing services for both DOT-regulated and non-DOT clients. Responsibilities Perform blood specimen collection (venipuncture) in accordance with proper clinical protocols Conduct urine drug screenings, breath alcohol testing, and other specimen collections Maintain accurate and thorough chain-of-custody documentation Ensure proper labeling, handling, and shipping of all specimens Use electronic systems such as FormFox to record and manage client data Ensure testing area is clean, professional, and compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and DOT standards Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner Support administrative tasks when needed (scheduling, data entry) Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: Current certification in phlebotomy (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) Experience with drug/alcohol testing collections is a plus DOT collector certification or willingness to obtain (training can be provided) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets and software platforms Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Join our team as a Specimen Collector where your expertise will contribute significantly to patient care and laboratory excellence!
