Job Summary This position provides support to our Phlebotomy staff. Will be responsible for Staffing Schedules, ensuring operations are running smoothly, overseeing draws for the day, supervising the workflow, pulling reports and making sure we are hitting our goals. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred Experience Experience in phlebotomy 3-5 years required and Supervisory experience 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In depth knowledge of phlebotomy regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient with statistical and computer productivity software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
