JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform venipunctures, organize blood collection work, process blood samples, maintain blood collection area, maintain lab supplies, and clean laboratory glassware.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent is required
LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid NY State Driver’s license is required BLS certification within 1 year of hire is required
PREFERRED SKILLS
Demonstrated good interpersonal skills Data entry skills preferred Must be able to lift 60 lbs. of dead weight and assist in moving objects weighing up to 250 lbs.
