Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and specimen collection with accuracy and professionalism Accurately verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and documentation Maintain specimen integrity during collection, handling, and transport Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (required) At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
