EST Job Description:

• Min. 3 years of professional Phlebotomist experience is required.
• The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the faceof our company to patients who come in, both as part of theirhealth routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and preparesthose specimens for lab testing while following establishedpractices and procedures.
• The PSR II has direct contact withpatients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence whileexplaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in askilful, safe, and accurate manner.
• The PSR II will demonstrateLeadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skillsand sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patientinformation. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor’soffice, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
