$22•24.30/hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy collections , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws Float between multiple Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations Ensure quality, error-free specimen collection in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust Maintain accurate documentation and follow lab protocols Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call work as needed Daily travel required—must be punctual and consistently available

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience , including peds and geriatrics At least 2 years in a travel or floater role strongly preferred
