Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures. Take blood samples from patients and transfer them to laboratories for testing. Verify patient information and maintain accurate records. Maintain and sterilize equipment and work areas. Assist with patient care, especially for those who experience dizziness or fainting.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a phlebotomy training program or certification. Comfortable working with needles and handling blood samples.
