Physical Therapist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disabilities to improve their physical function and mobility. The Physical Therapist will create personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises and modalities, and educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and goals Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on at-home exercises and self-care techniques Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practice
Qualifications and Skills:
