FULL-TIME PHYSICALTHERAPIST NEEDED

!STAT Home Health is seeking a Full-Time PhysicalTherapist to join our patient care team and service patients in theHuntsville, TX area.

Qualifications:

Must be currently licensed bythe Texas Physical Therapy BoardHave at least one year ofexperience as Physical TherapistCPR certificationExcellent timemanagement skills. Patient care orientedReliable transportation tovisit patientsHome Health experience preferred

Job Duties:

Assist thephysician in evaluating the patients functional status and physicaltherapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan ofcareProvide services within the scope of practice as defined by thestate laws governing the practice of physical therapy, in theaccordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with othermembers of the health care teamObserve and report the patientsresponse to treatment and any changes in his/her condition to thephysician and the supervising registered nursePrepare writtensummary to the physician at least every two months/sixty daysSetrehab goals for patientsGuide the patient in the use oftherapeutic, creative, and self-care activities for the purpose ofimproving function.
