Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Huntsville, AL with a great client!

Schedule:

Days (36+ hours/week)

Contract:

13 weeks

Practice Setting:

Skilled Nursing Facility •Accepting new grads!•

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ functional abilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
