Key Responsibilities:
Assesspatients’ functional mobility and develop individualized plans ofcare.
Implement therapy interventions to promote patients’ mobility,reduce pain, and prevent disabilities.
Monitor and documentpatients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Utilize avariety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitaterehabilitation.
Educate patients and their families on ongoingtherapy exercises and strategies for home care.
Collaborate with amultidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patienttreatment.
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance withfacility policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
ADoctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accreditedprogram.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as aPhysical Therapist.
Clinical experience in physical therapy,including internships or residencies.
Strong understanding ofevidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to motivate and educatepatients and staff.
