JOB GOALS
To lead students toward their potential for intellectual, emotional, psychological, and physical growth and maturation through appropriate guidance and learning experiences.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
To serve as a resource to school staff members in the development and implementation of a balanced program of occupational, physical, academic, and emotional improvement.
To participate in the efficient and effective operation of the school and school system. Such participation shall include consultation through meetings, conferences, and committee responsibilities.
3. To understand and assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and Shelby County Board of Education Policy.
