Location:
Manchester, CT Contract Position | 2025-2026 School Year Soliant is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services in a supportive school setting in Manchester, Connecticut . This is a contract role working across two school sites , serving students aged 8 to 21 with various physical and developmental needs. Full-time preferred; part-time considered.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full school days (up to 40 hrs/week)
Contract Dates:
August 8, 2025 – June 12, 2026
Caseload Includes:
Autism Spectrum Disorders Seizure & Metabolic Disorders Genetic Syndromes (e.g., Fragile X) Dual Diagnoses Vocational-transition students (age 22)
Work Locations:
2 school campuses Role Responsibilities Evaluate students and create individualized PT treatment plans per IEP Deliver direct therapy and consultative support across school settings Promote student mobility, safety, and independence Collaborate with educators, OTs, SLPs, and vocational teams Maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Qualifications Valid Connecticut Physical Therapy license (or eligibility before start) Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Passion for student-centered, inclusive therapy Why Soliant?
