Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patientsto develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improvingmobility, strength, and function. Implement evidence-based physicaltherapy interventions to assist patients in achievingrehabilitation goals. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatmentplans as needed, and document therapy outcomes. Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centeredcare. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, andstrategies for continued recovery. Maintain a safe and organizedtherapy environment, ensuring all equipment is properly used andmaintained.

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) orMaster’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.

Active PT license in the state of practice or eligibility forlicensure in multiple states (licensing assistance provided fortravel assignments). Minimum of 1 year of clinical experiencepreferred; new grads with strong skills encouraged to apply.

Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations.
