Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

Devising and implementing appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency. Regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or eligibility, in Physical Therapy required Master’s degree or higher preferred Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
