Job Details Whatyou will be doing: 1. Evaluate patient’s physical condition,functional capabilities, needs, and goals to formulate acomprehensive treatment plan. 2. Provide expert physical therapy topatients with injuries or illnesses to help them improve movement,manage pain, and/or prevent the loss of mobility. 3. Guide patientsin therapeutic exercises and monitor their progress, adjusting thetreatment plan as necessary. 4. Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and otherhealthcare professionals, to design and implement treatmentstrategies. 5. Educate patients and their families about what toexpect from the recovery process and how best to cope withchallenges. 6. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care,condition, progress, and concerns. 7. Stay abreast with the latestindustry trends and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the candidate mustpossess: 1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accreditedinstitution. 2. A valid state Physical Therapist license.
