Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries to help them improve physical function and mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and monitor their progress towards reaching their treatment goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment to aid in patients’ recovery Monitor and track patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients Document patients’ progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:
