Schedule:
M-F, 8-hour shifts Direct Hire FlexStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, a comprehensive multidisciplinary company who offers Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized, innovative, and effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates a patient’s need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, PTA’s, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut or eligible.
Mandatory Certifications:
First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
