Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Ortho Sports Position Available In Alachua, Florida

Job Description:

• A Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist(PT) is needed for our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practicetreating an Active/General Orthopedic patient population. We are aquality-of-care-focused orthopedic practice in Gainesville, VA.
• $2400 Gross, $2000-$2250 net (after tax take home) per week.

• Local Travel Rates:

  $52-$57 per hr, 40 hours guaranteed, first dayhealth benefits.

• First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits
• $1200 Con Ed Package
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Travel toperm available.
• 1:1 Treatments, 60 min eval, 30 min follow uptreatments. 50 -55 patient visits per week.
• Requirements for the

• Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accreditedphysical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on MedicalEducation of the American Medical Association in collaboration withthe American Physical Therapy Association
• State licensed as aPhysical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy ExaminingCommittee
• At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We willconsider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical inOutpatient.
• Current CPR Certificate
