physical therapist, you will work closely with our patients to develop customized treatment plans that help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You’ll be supported by a team of expert clinicians and staff who share your commitment to providing the highest level of care. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing, assistive devices, and safety assessments. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Requires significant locomotion, ability to properly transfer and guard patients, lift greater than 50 pounds and transfer patients greater than 100 pounds Document all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policy Ability to deal with the public, co-workers, patients, families, and physicians in a professional and positive manner to ensure a consistent level of care Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Current state license to practice physical therapy Demonstrated expertise in orthopedics, neurological conditions, gait, mobility, and muscle weakness Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings Strong written and verbal communication skills Dedication to patient success
