Center Manager/ Physical Therapist, Outpatient JCA, Full-time Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Clinical (90%) Complete newpatient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans andpatient goals, and participate in the implementation of patientcare programs Deliver high quality patient care for multiplerehabilitation diagnoses Provide a positive patient experiencethrough patient engagement and progressive treatment Effectivelycommunicate both verbally and written Promote evidence basedpatient care Administrative (10%) Financial management of theclinic Comfortable meeting with referral sources Maintain staffengagement and development Works with Provider Relations Specialistto market the clinic services

Qualifications:

Current PT license instate of Florida Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification Leadershipexperience preferred Knowledge of federal and state professionalrequirements
