Jacksonville Rehab Hospital is seeking a skilledand compassionate Physical Therapist for a travel assignment. Thetherapist will play a key role in helping patients regain mobility,improve function, and enhance their overall quality of lifefollowing injury, surgery, or illness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualizedtreatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improvemovement, strength, balance, and coordination
• Utilize modalitiessuch as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy whenappropriate
• Educate patients and families on exercises andtechniques for continued rehabilitation
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, andoccupational therapists
• Document patient progress, response totreatment, and therapy outcomes
• Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and facility protocols
• Promote a safe andsupportive environment for patients in both inpatient andoutpatient settings

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapyfrom an accredited program (Doctorate preferred)
• Current FloridaPT license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 2 yearsclinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute caresetting
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical reasoning,documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with neuro andorthopedic rehab populations is a plus Lifepoint Job ID .

Paypackage is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subjectto confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
