Overview UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital — North (Jacksonville, FL) Physical Therapist (PT) Per Diem 2 weekend shifts per month with a major & minor holiday $53.00 per hour
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Personalized Treatment :
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Specialized Therapy:
Lead and facilitate specialized therapy sessions.
Functional Strategies :
Devise effective strategies to aid patients’ smooth reintegration into daily activities.
Education:

Qualifications Qualifications:
State Licensure :
Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Certified BLS:
Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
