Physical Therapist – Long Term Care We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Pensacola, FL. - Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
- At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in specialized training programs and professional development opportunities
