Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team based out in Tampa, FL! If qualified and interested, please send your updated resume to MMorrissey@judge.com. This job will have the following responsibilities: Assess patients virtually and in-person to provide evaluation and management of musculoskeletal conditions. Provide care in a multi-specialty clinical office setting. Standardize the care model over time in order to help grow our team of value-minded providers. Help to define and refine our Clinical Model. Partner with our Chief Medical Officer in integrating PT into the care pathways and protocols. Partner with our Head of Product to create a delightful and effective patient experience. Partner with our Head of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient handling of patients across care settings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Have practiced for at least 5 years in an out-patient setting. Are philosophically aligned with our model of evidence-based musculoskeletal care. Practiced physical therapy in a collaborative setting with other provider types. Have experience with conservative outpatient spine and joint care. Have experience with surgical aftercare Provided care via telehealth solutions.
