Physical Therapist Functionality For Life, LLC Tampa, FL 33614 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who is looking for a flexible schedule and is passionate about service older adults to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques and exercises tailored to individual needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices. Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques including orthopedics and geriatric care. Experience in home health settings or acute care environments is preferred. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient needs. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
