The Opportunity We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Hillsborough County area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises and functional training Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and safety Accurately document visits and patient outcomes in a timely manner Collaborate with our care team to ensure the best outcomes Stay current with best practices through continuing education Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida) Graduate of an accredited PT program At least 1 year of home health experience (preferred) Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and manage your schedule What We Offer $75 per visit Flexible, PRN scheduling Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunities for continued professional development Apply today and help us bring compassionate care into the homes of those who need it most.
