Position Summary:

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of care and promote patient functional independence.

Qualifications:

Current, active Florida PTA license Minimum of one (1) year of experience in skilled home health physical therapy Proficiency with Kinnser/WellSky Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
