Treat your own caseload + lead the clinical team! Train, mentor & guide staff + students Conduct performance reviews & monthly scorecards Manage schedules, PTO, coverage needs, and timecards Hold team meetings & resolve patient concerns Boost clinic productivity & conversion rates Oversee compliance checks & chart audits ️ Ensure clinic & equipment upkeep Attend monthly manager meetings
What You’ll Need:
