Job Description
We are now seeking a Full Time Physical Outpatient Therapist to join our wellness and rehabilitation therapy center here on Cypress Cove campus, recently acquired by Cypress Cove! We operate a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility and an advanced Outpatient Center, both dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Outpatient Therapist to join our team and contribute to the exceptional care we provide. Our skilled team members use the latest technology in rehabilitative care to develop personalized treatment plans to help to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance due to physical disabilities, injuries, and diseases.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A PHYSICAL OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
Developing and delivering personalized plans of care for the residents/clients. Objectively measuring patient outcomes. Efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Communicating effectively with residents/clients and their families. Providing education on treatments/equipment usage to all.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PHYSICAL OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
A valid FL Physical Therapy license. One year minimum of Physical Therapy experience. A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults. Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.
