Family Building and Parental Benefits Responsibilities:

You’ll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an averageof 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observingtheir movements and listening to their concerns
• Developingindividualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals andexpected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, andhands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increasemobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patientprogress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
• APhysical Therapist currently licensed in Florida (or able toexpeditiously begin licensing process)
• Working knowledge ofcomputer and EMR software applications
• All experience levelsencouraged to apply EOE CH500
