Your responsibilities:
- Provide Physical Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation
- Supervise and direct PTA in the implementation and progress of the patient treatment plan
- Communicate patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family, and other healthcare professionals, as appropriate
- Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll Required skills and qualifications:
