Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with therapy management on daily operational tasks, including staff allocation, training initiatives, and interdisciplinary communication. Provide direct, empathetic physical therapy treatments, tailoring approaches to individual patient needs and celebrating their progress. Uphold the highest standards of patient care and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Requirements:
Current and valid state physical therapy license . CPR certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire. Completion of an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in physical therapy. Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, including at least two years in direct clinical practice and some leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced clinical certifications or active participation in a professional development program .
