- Rehab Department/n /n/n /n Inpatient rehab unit is ranked 3 rd in the state ofFlorida /n /n/n /n301 Memorial Medical Parkway, Daytona Beach, FL/n/n/n /n The role you’ll contribute: /n /n/n /n 2/28/22 Providesphysical therapy evaluations and treatments to appropriate patientsto facilitate their return to prior level of functions asprescribed by physician.
Includes the identification, prevention,remediation and rehabilitation of patients who have impairments,functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physicalfunction and health status resulting from injury, diseases or othercauses. /n /n/n /n The value you’ll bring to the team: /n /n/n /n/n/n
- Conducts patient assessments. /n /n
- Performs a medicalrecord review on all patients prior to the initial interventionwhich leads to diagnostic classification or referral to otherpractitioner. /n /n
- Considers clinical findings, the extend ofloss of function, social considerations, overall physical functionand health status in determining the complexity of the evaluationprocess. /n /n
- Determines a physical therapy diagnosis thatidentifies the impact on function at the level of the movementsystem and at the level of the whole person. /n /n/n /n/n /n Theexpertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: /n /n/n /n/n /n
- Minimum qualifications : /n /n
- Bachelors degree, Masters degreeor Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy /n /n
- Current FloridaPhysical Therapy license required. /n /n/n /n/n /n
- Must retain avalid drivers license and current automobile insurance, as drivingbetween facilities is a requirement of this position. /n /n/n /n/n/n
- Preferred qualifications: /n /n/n /n/n /n
- One year clinicalexperience preferred. /n /n/n /n
