• Must live 50 miles outside of campus address/n /n/n /n/n /n The role you’ll contribute: /n /n/n /n Evaluate anddevelop an appropriate plan of care and treat patients who presentwith bodily impairments and functional limitations as medicallyprescribed. /n /n/n /n The value you’ll bring to the team: /n /n/n/n
• Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively performfunctional mobility skills and evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, andintegumentary systems /n /n/n /n
• Designs and implements atreatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommendedtechniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’sneeds. Monitors patient’s response and progress to treatment andmodifies treatment plan as appropriate /n /n/n /n
• Documents andcharges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable andobjective terminology, following standards of practice, insuranceguidelines and department/hospital policies and procedures /n /n/n/n
• Provides discharge planning assistance and informationregarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment andfollow up services /n /n/n /n The expertise and experiences you’llneed to succeed: /n /n/n /n Minimum qualifications : /n /n/n /n
