Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physicaltherapist provides medically prescribed consultative andtherapeutic services in order to restore function and preventdisability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/orintegumentary disorders.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes,but not limited to): The Physical Therapist I performsresponsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/HospitalPolicy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accreditingrequirements. Collaborates with other professional disciplines toplan, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and dischargeplan for each patient as evidenced in the patient’s medical record.

Bachelor/ Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy Current PhysicalTherapy license Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire andmaintain current Full benefits at
