Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient as evidenced in the patient’s medical record. As you would expect, as a PT you are responsible for rehabilitation, treatment plans, and patient care. Physical therapy is an important part for our patient’s recovery. You must have:
Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Full benefits at
