Licensed Physical Therapist – Per Diem Position Available In Clayton, Georgia

Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient as evidenced in the patient’s medical record. You must have:
