Job Description
Physical/Occupational Therapists Home health Zenux Healthcare Atlanta, GA 30331 Zenux Healthcare Solutions is seeking Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide evaluations and follow-up visits to our homebound patients in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The Physical/Occupational Therapists will work closely with the medical team to evaluate patients’ injuries and determine the best course of treatment and provide follow-up visits in accordance with the Plan of Care. Our area of coverage includes Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Rockdale, and Walton Counties. This position will require you to work with patients who may be dealing with mental and emotional issues related to their disabilities, and you must have the patience, empathy, and skills necessary to treat this specific population.
Responsibilities:
Developing individualized treatment plans for patients Educating patients and family members about the recovery process Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Explain the process of healing for specific injuries, including timeframes for recovery and potential complications. Discuss the effects of aging on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. Evaluate rehabilitation goals for specific injuries. Create a plan for returning to activity after an injury or surgery.

Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Temporary Pay:
$64,848.00 – $66,875.00 per year
