What You’ll Do:

Assess & Plan:
Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals. ?
Deliver Exceptional Care:
Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications. ?
Educate & Empower:
Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success. ?
Document & Adapt:
Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. ? Lead with

Required Qualifications:
Education:
? Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Licenses & Certifications:
? Physical Therapist license required. ? Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Experience:
? Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
