Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time | 20-24
Hours/WeekCoverage Area:
Portage, Medina, Lorain, and Summit Counties, OHWe’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT)to join our home health team, providing care across Portage,Medina, Lorain, and Summit counties. This part-time position offersflexible scheduling with an expected caseload of 20-24 hours perweek. As a Home Health PT, you’ll work one-on-one with patients inthe comfort of their homes, helping them regain mobility,independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with asupportive care team that values communication, clinicalexcellence, and compassionate care.
Requirements:
- Active OhioPhysical Therapist license
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within thecoverage area
