GUARANTEE:

40hrs sched. If lowcensus/cancelations & provider doesn’t stay, only actual hours willbe bill/paid.

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH

26 weeks – client needs providersthrough the end of the year that can work holidays. 20hrs weekrequired over holiday weeks.

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE

Must have atleast 6 months of OP Ortho experience

EMR:

TherapEBridge (Select bought rights to NetHealth. Bones arethe same – just a different interface.) Optional 1hr documentationtraining is sent to providers prior to starting.

CASELOAD / PATIENTSCHEDULING

Patient Caseload:

On Average 11 patients in a 8 hourday or 55 patients/week. Some days more, some days less, dependingon Arrival rate and complexity of patients.

Time ForTreatments/Evals:

Every clinic schedules slightly differently, butgenerally evals are 45 min and follow ups are 30 min (but thepatient is here for longer, there will be overlap).

M-F, possibly can do 4/10 depending on clinic

Client has recently revamped orientation from 2-3hours to 5-6hours on the 1st day to mainly focus on EMR training.

BILL RATE

$65-$68 based on exp 5% off the topSelect MSA terms – 1st day is unbillable orientation Expectation isthat documentation is to be done at point of service for alltravelers and perm employees. 14 day notice for client/provider. Inthe event fourteen (14) days’ notice is not provided by terminatingparty, the other party shall bill or collect a credit for a maximumof seventy-two (72) hours subtracting any hours worked after noticeis given. Any RTO that is not on ADL needs to be approved withmanager 30 days prior. If census is low or PT has cancelations,expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to at thefacility to get hours. If they do not stay, only actual hours willbe billed/paid. If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayedstart due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.

OT:

Any OT must be preapproved by management in writing. OT isn’tpaid out until after 48hrs. OT rate will be same as BR in placementsince we don’t have providers working 48hrs per week.

Selectrecognizes the following holidays:

Christmas Day, New Year’s Day,Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Holidaysshall be billed at 1.3 x normal hourly rate. 0$ buyout after 13weeks. $5K buyout before 13 weeks.
