PositionOverview:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) toassess and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions.

In this role, you will create personalized treatment plans thatfocus on improving mobility, strength, and overall function, whilealso promoting long-term health and wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop personalizedtreatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy,and other interventions to address patients’ needs.
• Educatepatients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellnesspractices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensurecoordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustmentsto treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient treatments andprogress in accordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Previous experience in anoutpatient setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire patients toachieve their rehabilitation goals.
